Shilpa, so glad you and Austin and all involved in the accident are okay. Thank you so much for your wisdom, for the beautiful way you transform pain into healing. You are such a wonderful teacher. So much gratitude for you. Sending love.
Thank you so much dear Leaf! I am trying to do that transformation of pain into healing, in all the ways all the time. Thank you for seeing me. Love to you! <3
Shilpa, thank you for sharing this. I'm so glad you and Austin were received with so much care after the accident and SO glad you both were relatively ok. Sending so much love 💜
Yes I really see the need for these repair cycles, and have been moving through my own lately. Yes to more of this deep and important acts of care.
You have expressed the tragic event so beautifully displaying great sense of awareness about your own emotions and allowing them to manifest in their own pace and healing you in the process. I was greatly moved by your sensitivity to your own needs and those of Austin and others. You also show your compassionate side as you reveal so many other facets that are present in such trauma-inducing events but are rarely brought to light. Than you for sharing your feelings and enlightening us. And i am glad both of you are fine and resting.
Oh my! Accidents are traumatic. Do you feel your energy rebounding? Body deals like this are shocking. Bowing to that and your ability to stay close to your bodies and each other from moment to moment.
Thank you dear Cynthia. Yes, each of us is growing more of our mental/physical/spiritual/emotional energy - better and better every day. Thank you for the body awareness always. <3
Oh wow Shilpa. It’s such a testament to your compassionate heart- that you would take time to share your experience and learnings so quickly after a literally life threatening incident! Thank you for being you. Sending you deep prayers for healing, rest and recovery.
For now, simply sending love. So much love. I am very grateful, and not the least bit surprised with the grace you and Austin have shared in this experience and in your sharing what you are learning from it.
